Wonderful home located on the North Side of the Mountain. Great access to easy parking at the mountain. Communication with property management was good and they were helpful in dealing with an incorrect entry code that was provided. Home has a nice layout that is very functional and made for a great relaxation after a day of skiing.
We overall had an OK stay at this home. The house is clean, new, and well located for mountain access. However, we unfortunately experienced some issues with the opportunity to resolve them being missed that resulted in a below average guest experience and this review. At check-in, the driveway and staircase had not been shoveled, which required us to carry luggage through over a foot of snow. Mgmt. blamed unprecedented snowfall, despite nearby homes having clear driveways. Some basic essentials were also missing - there were no trash bags in the house, and no bin in the kitchen. The outside garbage had not been cleared was overfilled. Bathrooms were stocked with a 3n1 body soap, which we were told would suffice as shampoo. Communication throughout the stay was impersonal and through a third party, with slow response times and a defensive vs. guest first tone. Unfortunately, this home represents a trend where owners are passing off any and all responsibility to be a host.
